QUAL-FAB, Inc.'s throughput capacity is unrivaled amongst similarly sized competitors. Between 2015 and 2019, QUAL-FAB produced and shipped 80,000-100,000 pieces a month. QUAL-FAB, Inc. is staffed with two shifts both capable of overtime, effectively adding a 20% increase in capacity to handle expedites, drop-ins or prototypes. This has allowed them to maintain an average on-time delivery rate of 98-99%.
