Julie Silk of Keysight Technologies will unveil 6G and how it will revolutionize connectivity and AI. She will give a keynote speech unveiling how 6G technology will change our world to a whole new level of connectedness and use of artificial intelligence. This talk explains what 6G is, the changes it will bring, plus discusses the impact of the new technologies on electronics manufacturing. There will be challenges in the design and manufacture of 6G electronics, with new materials, pushing or breaking design rules and innovative processes required. The opportunities will come as the factory of the future vision becomes reality.
Jasbir Bath, Co-chair of iNEMI Board Assembly Roadmap, will reveal the latest innovations in materials, equipment, components and more. The iNEMI (InterNational Electronics Manufacturing Initiative) 2023 Board Assembly roadmap covers areas including assembly materials (solder paste and wave/ rework solder and flux materials, TIMs (Thermal Interface Materials), Underfills, Encapsulants/ Potting materials [Board Assembly Level] , Conformal coatings), printing and reflow equipment, wave/selective soldering equipment, component placement equipment, Press-fit components, CPU/BGA socket interconnects and rework/repair equipment.
