American Bright has announced the launch of its innovative 3535 Series Emergency Warning Light LEDs, setting a new standard for performance, reliability, and versatility in emergency and specialty lighting applications.

The new 3535 Series is engineered on a compact 3.45 x 3.45 mm package and features a copper lead frame for superior heat dissipation. This robust design ensures optimal performance and longevity, even in demanding environments. The LEDs are manufactured under exclusive patents for thermal optimization and are both JEDEC Level 1 MSL and RoHS compliant, meeting the highest industry standards for quality and environmental responsibility.

Designed for seamless integration, the 3535 Series is compatible with SMD and Pb-free reflow soldering processes, making it an ideal choice for automated assembly lines and modern manufacturing workflows.

One of the standout features of the 3535 Series is its extensive range of color options and customizations. Customers can select from warm, neutral, and cool white, as well as green, blue, royal blue, cyan, amber, PC amber, red, crimson, and cherry red. With power configurations available in 3W, 4W, and 5W, and lumen outputs reaching up to 150 lumens for select models, the series offers exceptional flexibility for a variety of applications.

The 3535 Series is particularly well-suited for emergency vehicles, industrial safety systems, and architectural lighting, delivering both brightness and precision with wavelengths ranging from 4400K neutral white to 730nm cherry red.
